Anthony Oxendine ("we") runs xoras-sentry and is the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect and why

Contact details (name, email, company) you give us when you ask about plans or pilots — to reply to you and provide the service (contract, or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries).

Support messages — to help you (contract).

Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type in server logs — for security and fraud prevention (legitimate interests).

The local scanner runs on your machine. Your code is never sent to us.

Who we share it with

Hosting and service providers that help us run the site; Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for sales, subscriptions, payments, tax and invoicing; professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants; and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. We reply within one month.

Security

We use appropriate safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls.

Cookies

This site only uses cookies that are essential for it and for checkout to work. We do not use advertising cookies.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, they use approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
